MLG announces PC circuit, features WoW

ImageMajor League Gaming announces a PC Circuit featuring World of Warcraft Arena, in it's 3 major stops for this summer's MLG pro circuit - featuring 22,500$ in prizes per event.



MLG brings 3 US stops to the summer WoW Arena circuit, which includes Blizzard events in Paris, the upcoming Blizzard online tournament and future events to be announced.

"MLG announces New PC Circuit
Major League Gaming, parent company of MMO-Champion.com, is adding PC gaming to 3 of its Pro Circuit Stops. The PC Circuit will feature World of Warcraft®: The Burning Crusade®, with $22,500 in prizes per event. The entire PC Circuit will be played on HP Blackbird 002 (http://www.hp.com/blackbird/).

Kick-off event: MLG San Diego, June 13-15
Other stops: MLG Orlando, July 11-13 and MLG Dallas, TBD.
Official PC Circuit game: World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade
Format: Arena 3-vs-3 - more details on rules and the official format will be released on May 15.
Total spots available: 32 teams
Prizes: $22,500 per event
Registration is expected to open May 15th.

MLG's network of websites, including MMO-Champion.com and GotFrag.com, will be working to provide coverage and insight into the PC Circuit. GotFrag's premier online video production, GotFrag TV, will be doing live streaming on site from all 3 events"
