"I feel proud to see one of the first World Cyber Games champions to become a part of the SK Gaming legacy," says SK Gaming Managing Director, Alexander "TheSlaSH" Mueller. "ZeRo4 is a player with the potential to influence how a game is played for years to come and one of the most accomplished in Quake 3's history.
"We believe in nurtiring talent, which is why we also set our sights on a rough diamond like rapha. I think that a Quake 3 legend like ZeRo4 could help rapha realise his full potential as a player."
The list of ZeRo4's titles and accomplishments is very long and includes a victories at CPL Babbages, World Cyber Games 2001, QuakeCon (in 2000, 2001 and 2003) and second places at QuakeCon 2004 as well as the ESWC in 2003 and 2004. Rapha has yet to make himself known to a wider audience but he is currently one of the strongest players in North America.
Both players will attend as many Quake 3 events as they can in 2008, hopefully starting with the ESWC Masters of Paris.

nice to read this (:

waiting for others (:
quake 3 revive??
As for Rapha, he's imo a great choice. Really, really smart player. He has everything to become one of the best. Even though he lacks LAN experience, I think he'll do well.
I would certainly like to see him at ESWC, but he has a tough bracket to get through. First threat - walter or kgb, who are both extremely good, especially walter and his hub. If he passes one of them, then most probably he'll meet either chance or cha0ticz, the oldschool players. Recently I've seen cha0's games, and he's doing fine. Definitely hasn't lost his game :) And after that there is destrukt or daler :) So it's basically a very hard road. GL to him!
As long as there's decent coverage I'm happy. Video coverage for the PK World Tour was pretty good, bring back the Warwitch!
Good luck there :)
Maybe we'll see some Q4 at the next QuakeCon event, dunno.
"same fate as cs:s ?"
Not really.
Thank you SK, TheSlash and whoever worked on that deal (carmac influenced a lil? :))
