Citing "personal reasons", FuRy told sk-gaming that he will not be attending the KODE5 global finals. The Swede was one of the first players to qualify for the event back in September 2007 but says he will be unable to represent his homeland in Moscow on the 10th and 11th of May. He went on to say that he did not wish to comment further on the reasons for his non-attendance but that it was nothing to do with the event itself.

KODE5 has not yet announced a replacement but the runner-up in the Swedish qualifier, Hjalmar "DowaQ" Hoeborg might well be looking for last minute flights to Moscow.
