Following their defeat to World Elite, WICKED eSports are up in arms following supposed host issues which according to them were not resolved by the WC3L admin and gave World Elite an unfair advantage.

Following their defeat to World Elite, WICKED eSports are up in arms following supposed host issues which according to them were not resolved by the WC3L admin and gave World Elite an unfair advantage.WICKED eSports earlier today found themselves out of the run-in for the WC3L LAN Finals, the score seemed pretty clear 3-0 with two matches not needed to be played.
However WICKED eSports have now posted the logs of the clan war and are enraged at the lag issues caused by Chinese hosting which apparently caused their Korean players to have a ping of 200+.
WICKED's request to use European and American hosts were declined and WC3L admin Jupe according to WICKED.Cyra used a system of "1st map China / 2nd map Korea / 3rd map coin flip", instead of basing it around the ping of the respective players.
Here is an extract by Cyru following the refusal of a neutral host:
They have pings like 200ms or even more, so Chinese hosts are unplayable for Koreans. On the other hand Korean hosts are playable for Chinese gamers (approx. 10-20ms bigger lag).
This is why we have never accepted Jupe’s system (1st map China / 2nd map Korea / 3rd map coin flip). Unluckily, we were forced to play…"

Some unhappy things about hosting happened yesterday. There is some complaint from WICKED. I am here to say something to everybody. Since we participate in WC3L online games. We have never gotten any advantage from any hosting issue and never try to defeat opponent through the way of hosting. WE always try to compete in the principle of fairness. I am proud of the performance of WE players in this match. No players complaint about the delaying issue. All the problem is passed to team manager to communicate. And none of our players was affected by the hosting issue. Actually, about the hosting issue, we haven't complainted. So it seems we don't have lags, however it is not true. Maybe because we are in China, we have to tolerate lags and have to be used to the mocking by some other countries's players and not getting angry. The reason is we are in China. That's it.
We are very exciting about the news that WC3L offline final will take place in China if it is true. But if you think Chinese team will get advantage because of that, you are wrong. All the WC3L offline final before took place on Germany, however, how many Germany team got advantage in the match? None. As what Terror talked to me yesterday, Chinese people should not participate in WC3L. The admin seriously said to him that WC3L belongs to the whole world. I really hope WC3L will be conducted successfully and Chinese team can win the champion of WC3L

We had host problems as well but this was because korean hosts were used in the 3rd games which means 10ms for the koreans and 100 for chinese... i think it's not that easy to solve that but imo 2 x chinese host with 70 vs 100ms and 1 x korean host with 10 vs 100 is the best way... but that's not up to me!
They seemed to not have good chinese hosts, that's all
