The top teams of the world meet again, fighting for the most honoured DOTA title for the tenth time. Besides the usual faces at the PriDe series, some less known teams like Detachment and Swift Rape will take part this time.

Meet Your Makers did a lot of changes to improve their event, and here comes the top 3 of their major changes:

3. XLBet is welcomed as new sponsor
They raise the main prize pool by $ 875 and additional $3,100 to bet at their system. But why is this massive increasement of prize money only rated as third? It will be XLBets interest to see as much bets as possible and the money the give away with their sponsorship will come back soon if only enough people place their bets.

Betting business always come with a lot of bling-bling and money but has a not to underestimate dark side: manipulation of games and addiction of users.

2. New head admin:
Alex 's1rro' S. was replaced by Alisha 'd0tabunny' Sawadiwong. But it's not only depending on the person who's head admin - replacing 's1rro' by 'd0tabunny' will also wash away a part of the negative vibrations a lot of people had when they were talking about one of the most
well known tournaments in DotA.

1. The player council.
To integrate the protagonists into the process of dangerous decisions is a nice safety for both admins themself and the tournament itself. Misjugdement like at the last Prime Defending will be prevented... but only if the system works, the administration and players find time to stick together and change opinions and arguments.

SK-Gaming will face Team Shakens in the first round of the playoffs, and if all goes to plan the matches will start today at 21.00 CET.
