Infi seemed like the man of the hour for some time in the tournament. After knocking out Jang "Moon" JaeHo 3-1, Infi displayed another fine performance against Lyn, currently one of the hottest WC3 players in the world.

In spite of losing the first game after a failed tower rush, the World Elite starlet had the rest of the games under his control. Another 3-1 victory for Infi turned the overall final into a World Elite mirror.

In the overall final Infi played against Sky, the E-sports figure in China. He found himself almost ruining the match with two straight losses, using Undead and Night Elf and not his main race, Human.

However, being on the verge of facing humiliation, Infi did exceptionally well in the next two games by using Human and equalized the overall score. Known as one of the most calm and consistent players, Sky admitted that he was a little fazed by Infi's performance in the two mirror games in the post-match interview.

Sky was lucky enough to get a Lightning Shield in the last game. The item helped Sky finish the game in less than seven minutes and secured the title of NSL Season II and a prize cheque of €4,500. The runner-up Infi received €2,700, while Lyn got €900.
