Gravitas in the official announcement stated that the 17-year-old "would be leaving his former team of hoorai due to contractual disputes where he feels hoorai has neglected their obligations to him." The Finn was therefore eligible to join any team he would like to.
However, hoorai hold a different point of view towards this incident. The player is still contracted with them in spite of him penning on a deal with Gravitas. Hoorai will hence issue further punishment to their player who is keen to move on.
After both their demand to represent the team while participating in future individual tournaments and his suspension being neglected by elfittaja, hoorai decided to extend elfittaja's suspension to all major leagues by calling ESL as well as G7, according to the management of hoorai.

Good luck trying to defend that in court. (any country)
So, because they know their contract has no value, nowhere, they try to prevent the kid from playing other tournaments, pathetic. Welcome to esport.
Amateur contract, amateur teams.
they are one of the most professional clans in Germany and have a management that handles things really well compared to many other successful clans
So I strongly doubt that elfi will get out of this that easily... this will end up in court 100%
Obviously! The successful and professional managements are the ones I don't read about, to be honest. ;)
We all know how imortant money in sport is.
We all know how important money will be in esport.
Thats all..
but if hoorai's managment did not fulfil the contract, elfi should be allowed to play.
It looks and sounds weird.
Improve and represent e-sports in all its aspects, as well as provide a platform for stability for ->membermember
Improve and represent e-sports in all its aspects, as well as provide a platform for stability for !member! teams
Strive to achieve the following; cooperate with leagues and tournament organizers, standardize player transfers amongst teams [imo it means G7-teams], represent stability for players signed to !member! teams, provide a professional, information based website about e-sports
The G7 teams have been formed to promote the cooperation, and unity between professional electronic sports (e-sports) teams.
What does it mean "professional electronic sports"? If the team didn't satisfy player's demands which were written in his contract, I wouldn't call it a "proteam".
Before you will blame me again - please, you know better how does G7 organisations work. Help me understand it.
There are too many "mysteries" in the whole "elfi-hoorai" situation. If we won't know anything new, we shouldn't be commentating this case.
Edit button plz...
it does not only but also mean g7 teams, they are like the teams lobby in the world of esports. something the players still lack apart from the kode5 committee
elfi lost all my respect due to this action... he has a contract with hoorai, but doesn't even seem to care. I hope that he gets sued or G7 does something about it, because this is clearly not how things are done
also very lame and unprofessional behavior by Gravitas... you don't just contract a player who is under contract with another clan :/
so i don't think that GG will use him because of G7 or ESL.
Who cares.. the point is: did hoorai break the contract? if yes how ? or did elfi break the contract? (we all know how) Thats the only intersting thing here to know: who breaks contract. and then who's right?
are you blaming the esl for giving much price money, making good competitions, being good organised (okay.. sometimes they really are :D), this all for free .. and after all, being a bit professional?
wonder how they can do? maybe with contracts? fulfilled contracts?
there is no proof hoorai did anything wrong, so it's their right.. either gg pays something to wind up the contract or elfi has to wait. (or the contract ends due to any violation from hoorai)
Or then they just didnt bother telling you what they didnt fullfill in the contract...
I also said, if they did, it's his right.
the intelligent people just relax and laugh
readmore confirms that hoorai doesn't owe elfittaja any money
So for me, the case is clear: elfittaja should not be allowed to leave hoorai without them agreeing, else he should be barred. Maybe, in this situation, it might seem a little bit unclear if contracts should have so much power, but imagine if MYM wants to have Lyn, offers him a Moon-like salary and then he just leaves SK right before WC3L Finals
I hope that G7 helps to sort things out!
