The World of Warcraft worldwide Arena Tournament starts today, Teams around the world will be able to fight for the massive prize purse of a total amount of $200,000 with both Regional and Global finals. Interview done by E-sport france with a few of the top teams inside!

With Blizzard's Press release back in february players have been waiting for the tournament to start. With such a massive prize purse I'm sure we will see alot of action from the top teams, the finals will surely be interesting to watch and I am sure we will see alot of movies released from the Qualifiers!

Here's an Interview with some of the top teams done by E-sport france with an english translation, SK|Neilyo is in it also.

be interesting to see what team wins as i feel with the boost in s3 of double melee healer teams people will forget the stronger combos from s2 +_+

A setup that was strong in season2 won't be a guarantee to success in the tournament, as a lot of things have changed from season 2 to patch 2.4 (just because players can chooce season2 gear, doesn't mean it will be exactly like season2). Ofcourse warlocks will come out stronger in the tournament with the removal of armor penetration gear.

ye ofc, i think that rogues with shadowstep gives them alot more versatility and make it ez to target swap etc and other things :p but still hopefully it will be more even between melee and caster unline s3 =[

half of the "german" topplayers were actually from austria so...we're pretty fucked, eh?

I haven't logged in after 18:00 yet, but my ping was great. 30-50ms throughout the entire world.
It better stay like that to be honest, playing on the TTR with a ping of 450 was a pain.

did the hotfix thing again, you know the TcpAckFrequency stuff in registry and it lowered my ping down to 20-30 but I got mates on my team having pings of 400 lagging around

And make bots like in CS so I can play against myself. :>
Just make the AI abit tougher, like the 3rd boss fight in Magister Terrace.
...wait, that'd be pretty cool. :O
