While at the Dallas film festival, SK Gaming's Carmac has managed to interview the new CPL owner, Sasha Tsapaev.By the looks of it, Tsapaev will soon become a very controversial figure in the world of electronic sports. Claiming to be a personal friend of Fatal1ty's and an avid Counter-Strike player, Tsapaev suggests that hardcore games are not the future of gaming. He also does not stray from voicing very harsh opinions on different matters around gaming.

When will thoes numb Sponsors understand it? You can't change the gaming rules and habits just to have more money from selling more powerfull hardwere. And this is the problem with counter strike: CS 1.6 is working on lower quality pc's. They can't force people to switch to newer version... it faild with CS Condition Zero, CS Source, and I hope it fail with CS online. I can't emagine if they would make such a shit with CS like they did with FIFA. The new year - the new version, the world keep on spinning - the amount of "new versions" and hardware that serves thm keep on to be sold. Players are forced to learn how to play the new version from 0, cos every version is totally different. I said "forced" cos they wont be sponsored playing the old versions. And the same thing is if it comes to NFS. This is sick!
