Authorities say the killer was proceed against manslaughtering, assaulting with a dangerous weapon, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of dwelling, and illegal possession of a firearm. He is being held for $1 million bail. Killer deems he is not quilty of any charges police dashes towards him.
"This just didn't happen."

According to school authorities, Olivier Baptiste was a great student all in all. A student, who never was missing from the lessons.

The recent news is similar to another incident, where the 13 year old Jahmir Ricks stabbed his 16 year old brother to death for not giving him a turn to play. This is just another videogames tragedy that has happened in the United States, by not mentioning the blame against videogames; that they have caused school massacres and youth related killings. Even though there is much more holes in the American gun laws.
