DTS Cup 2008 is an electronic sports event taking place in Ukraine, in the city of Dnipropetrovsk on the beginning of April. Between April 5-6 some of the world's best teams will be fighting and competing against each other at the Chatrix-Dafi Internet Cafe.

Finnish teams Roccat and Excello against the best Ukrainian teams: A-Gaming, DTS|CHATRIX. Also the invited teams list features the German powerhouse hoorai along with Russian team EYESports. Sixteen teams included in all at the DTS Cup 2008's Counter-Strike Professional tournament. The event also has tournament for amateurs.

Professionals will be fighting for $6,300 prize purse, wherefrom the winner grabs a great sum of $3,000. DTS Cup 2008 event has four different tournaments: CS Pro 5on5, CS Non-Pro 5on5, Warcraft III DotA 5on5 and FIFA 2008 1on1.
