EL Diablo III to avenge his brothers?

No one expected to see Starcraft II, but Blizzard did announce it and no one really expects to see Diablo III anymore, or do we?For the past seven years people have been speculating when this game will be revealed. And finally we get more possible proofs for this games revival.
This time another speculation (by arstechnica) about Diablo III has arisen because of the recent job openings at Blizzard for a skilled lead 3D level designer with experience building levels using Maya or other similar 3D level building tools, Senior 3D Level Designer, 3D Level Designer and Associate 3D Level Designer.
Does this really mean that the development for Diablo's third sequel will start soon? Or is Blizzard recruiting people to improve the spectator friendliness for World of Warcraft arena?
