Yeah, he probably had some people boosting him all the way up to 70, like the french(?) mage did first to 60-70.

he had to of gotten help from 70's or he would rest his character till it got full rested XP then got on and lvl'd him till the rested xp was all used then put him in an Inn and did it all over. I wonder how long he actually had the character made, but still crazy and congrats

Very impressive tbh, only way he could've done it, is by being 'dot-boosted' by friends, I think.
( Get a warlock to dot every mob in Scarlet Monastery, and right before the mobs die, you leave the party, so he gets full xp. )

Well it's not a supprise that the old record was broken. I mean the old record was done before the "speed" leveling from 20-60. But still pretty amazing to do it on just little over a day.

1) Ppl who are telling he has no life, he leveled on one day to 70, you guys do atleast 8 days for 1-70, who has no life then?

2) Previous record 5 days? -.- I leveled 1-> 60 on 4 days before patch 2.3

What people should know is that, while boosting in instances, when you zone out and in alot. /played time goes alot slower compared to what it should.

30mins /played while zoning in and out an instance can be like 2hours of real play time... Sure, it makes no sence but it is just an ingame bug.

Tbh its not that he managed it... its that he managed it with a fucking druid :o

then get ported to town, rest their

port instance, get boosted, port town, port instance

etc. etc. ... thats the way

he didnt kill mobs or did quests by himself .... never

ufff, i cant imaging it with out being boosted, but 4sure that needed lot of work, gratz, omg XD

IF this record is true, it was ofc because his guild Core boosted him from instance through instance. Due to the in-game bug while zoning, as Radict explained earlier, the real time would have also been longer but ofc u can only check what WoW shows under /played

But again, so far I miss evidence. This screenshot ain't one and Athene is an attention whore without a doubt.

On the other hand I take gosey as a trustworthy reporter with insane knowledge and connections, still I wait for a final prove.

He was beeing boosted for sure, If you guys pay more attention, You will see that at the time hes dinging 60, hes actually grouped with someone, hes inside Blackrock spire and theres a arrow on the minimap aiminig east, which tells us that hes in a party with someone further away.

On top of this, when hes dinging 70, hes inside Slave-pens, if you pay attention when hes zooming in on the /played time and you stop the video right there, you will se that hes gnome mage Navarium also known as Furious is yelling "DING!" Btw he even typed /played 2 times in a row just to get the text written befor he typed /played to be not visible for the viewers :p, right after that hes schedcualed to port out of the instance right befor getting 1900 XP for killing a mob ? Even if he was beeing boosted while beeing in a party you dont get "full" XP For the mobs beeing killed, and I dont think leaving the party will grant you the XP either as it wasnt you who killed the mob nor you did any damage to it ?
Also notice that he has mana biscuits stacked up in hes right action bar just to backup the statement.

We know for a fact he has been boosting hes character with atleast 1 if not 2 level 70,s Paladin + Mage.
