SaSe's form is a big surprise in Hanover, as he enjoys the reputation of a strong player but not a regular title contender. But to say that his appearance in tomorrow's grand final will be undeserved would be gross injustice to the Swede. SaSe beat the double SEC champion Manuel "Grubby" Schenkhuizen and triple silver medalist HoT to get there.

ToD's road to the upper bracket final was also bumpy, as he had to meet the defending champion HoT and it was not an easy game for him. The Ukrainian player eliminated Grubby in the lower bracket final and put the Dutchman in a disappointing fourth position. HoT will have to face ToD again in the lower bracket final tomorrow at 10:00 am.
