In the past days many speculated about who SK Gaming might add. Many supposed SK Gaming to continue with a pure swede lineup, adding new talents yet to be known in the competitive scene; others linked Gustav 'Renji' Bergström and Edvin 'KwoM' Börjesson's removal to the recent Virtus.pro issues and named a few of their players, including Sergio 'ARS-ART' Revin as potential new joins. Eventually, both were right.
After leaving Virtus.pro Sergio practiced together with the team in many friendly wars, until both parties felt the chemistry was good. "I think it's gonna work out great in SK," says Sergio. He has in fact been friend with SK Gaming players for a long time. To explain his decision, he smiled and added that "they [SK] needed a good player to carry them." He didn't want to comment on the recent events in Virtus.pro.
Mikael 'hailo' Grinsvall has not been part of a competitive team in the past but he practiced and improved over years in inhouse leagues such as the resounding IHCS. This is were SK Gaming discovered Mikael: "toMpa first approached me a couple of weeks ago and asked if I was interested in playing with them," he comments, "and after a couple of scrims they gave me this nice opportunity to join the team. They're a really nice gang and it's alot of fun to play with them and it's my belief that we together can come back stronger than ever, both on lans and online tournaments."
The team is in high spirits and they are now looking forward to reach the peak of the international scene again. Team captain Jonathan 'Loda' Berg commented: "I think these two new players are gonna work out great and I feel very confident that we will be back to challenge MYM and Virtus."

SK adds ARS-ART and hailo

When we announced the removal of Renji and KwoM last week Loda stated that the team would have aimed at the top again and two new players would have been named in a near future. That future starts today, as we now know the names of the new SK Gaming players: ARS-ART and hailo.
