The records been beat since then, by the two Canadian brothers :), it's a good movie though, definitely worth watching if you like classic arcade gaming! ;p

I saw this Documentary and it kicks ass. My favourite Doc of 2007. I highly recommend people to watch it.

You should do a little research online after you watch the movie bds cos those filmmakers were super unethical in their making of it; making cuts to give certain scenes a vibe which was nonexistent and even going as far as outright lying. Can't remember it all off the top of my head since it was a week or two back I saw it but basically a lot of how they 'created' the story with the dynamic of the Steve guy beating Billy's record and then it getting set back to Billy's old record because he sent it in on tape is all 100% bullshit. Apparently some other guy had already beaten the 198X record in 2000 or so and as a result the record went back to his. Those moviemakers went out of their way to create drama and set up a good versus bad dichotomy that wasn't even there. Makes for a good movie but pretty pathetic when you're supposed to be presenting something based on reality.
