Trailer for the new Counter-Strike Online aimed for the Asian market.

Counter-Strike Online is a remake of Counter-Strike Condition Zero for the Asian market. This version does not require Steam. It is being developed by Nexon Corporation with oversight from Valve.

Of course they play 1.6 in Asia. If they didn't, there wouldn't be wNv or Lunatic-Hai or eSTRO, ect.

My advice for the creators would be: take a good look at Source and made the opposite game. I also want to see what the gameplay would be like

the game is very similar to 1.6 with some new implements from source, its for Asia market only becouse they have more history in RTS then FPS its a good way to make more money tbh

CSO is 1.6/cz plus new player models and weapons, and some game modes like deathmatch and a few smaller fixes. It's nothing really new for us, we play almost the same game in english now, but in asia, especially in korea they don't play cs as much as they play other shooters like sudden attack, valve is just trying to get a bit more money out of that continent, and nexon can definitely help them with it.

I just wanna see if it will be much better than the flop of CS-Promod. Because cs-promod is not a profesional modification it's just a group who decide to modify skins, maps, and some few scripts of cs:s (I can do this alone, thanks) and we have encourage this group to have their best for two years (join steam community of csp, perf channel).
