The 5vs5 ladder has become a lot more active since the Cyclone and Bloodlust tournaments were announced, and the newly formed SK 5vs5 team has already made their way to the top of battlegroup 9 with the very successful Rogue, Mage, Warlock, Priest & Druid setup. Here's a little sneak peak from their 2nd night of high rated arena games, where they play against CAPSLOCKCREW and Avant Garde, two of the best teams in battlegroup 9 and both running the 2346 setup.
SK|Neilyo will be releasing a full movie soon, showing a lot more of the SK 5vs5 team but untill then you can view this little preview. Download it here or watch the stream below

In any case, good job, waiting for the full movie
did Inactive transferred recently?
It's only a matter of time before teams realize the weakness of the setup and the classic setups are back to dominating.
It'll still be a good setup though, it just lacks alot of versatility compared to 2346 and hunter/lock.
Alot of what CLC does in the movie is correct though, they're just missing a few small things and they should be able to go like 60/40 as 2346, if not better.
The drainburn CLC/Knockout setup is extremely good against teams with warriors/priests and can last extremely long.
Since the warlock pretty much is the only reliable CC that this team has, a rogue counters it very well with their constant stunning and the buff of shadowstep which means that he can stick to the lock pretty much all the time.
When this setup becomes more popular, I guess we will see some new setups rising, something that counters the rogue/druid.
I remember Ming blogging about this a long time ago, where he explained the reasons why rogues were far from a successful class i 5vs5. The reason is simply because the bracket is (was) totally dominated by warriors/palas, which is very hard for a rogue to kill. But since the warlock is an easy target for the rogue and probably the most vital class for a drainburn team to succeed - rogue teams come out on top nowdays.
That's my view on it atleast ;)
I just think it's dumb that so many teams seem to think that droodrog is near unbeatable when it has obvious weaknesses compared to the more mainstream and tested setups.
The very reason why 2345, 2346 and drainburn has been popular for such a long time is because they have no major weaknesses. Droodrog fits rather nicely into that group but has slightly more apparent weaknesses, which can be covered for with well coordinated cc.
I happen to be a firm believer in simple playstyles though, since good teams will make setting up complicated cc rotations near impossible.
cant wait to see the final one
That euros loseing to that setup arent scrubs
e.g. shadow priest instead of diszi ?
or hunter or elemental?
or no way ?
Muse rox :]
HARP-Maces music was nice 2 ...
never heard of many tracks, but sometimes I get up, put Neilyo 10 on, turn volume high and take a shower to that music
like that
2346 is where the mage is replaced by a lock.
I think thats why this setup is called 2345 !
Noktyn is however the warrior of Team Pandemic, not the shaman.
You see CLC's shaman do quite a lot of healing and most likely also shocking a hell lot of casts. Add heroism as well for better healing my the priest/paladin and you may have the reason why they last a lot longer.
