Blizzard patch still in the works but 1.21b is online and ready for download.Slowly but surely Blizzard are getting ever closer to the imminent Warcraft3 patch. Patch 1.21b is now online for download and includes a change that will allow WC3 to be played without a CD.
A noticeable difference can be seen in the speed the game loads, but this release will do little to appease the Warcraft3 fanatics waiting impatiently for the a patch that includes changes to the actual balance of the game.
Blizzard also announced recently that the winners of the map competition would be considered for addition in the new patch. The maps however are not available for public download as of yet but the 1on1 maps are called Road to Stratholme and Melting Valley while the 2on2 maps are called Tidewater Glades and Centaur Grove.
