Battlegroup 9, also known as battlegroup bloodlust, will be hosting it's first online 5vs5 tournament in the next few weeks. This tournament will be planned similar to Cyclone's second tournament, in which teams will be able to sign-up or accept their invitations depending on their rank and rating in the battlegroup bloodlust ladder. Teams will be only allowed to sign up with 5 players, so that it won't be possible to change line-ups against certain teams according to their corresponding class set-ups.
This will be an 8 team double-elimination tournament, best of five games format. Seeds will be given out according to rank and rating of the current arena season and past accomplishments. Sign-ups begin today (Jan 31) and will end February 5th, brackets and teams will be announced by February 6th.
To sign-up message Trance on Gamesurge irc in #battlegroup9 or message trance via private message, or email him at iluvtrance@yahoo.com .
Numerous battlegroup bloodlust teams including SK-Gaming, fnatic.WoW, and Check-Six have been invited to this tournament. However, in terms of recent ladder activity, the admins will be judging active ladder game play and arena rating to judge the invitations. This will allow new and upcoming teams who've recently migrated to Bloodlust to participate in this tournament.
The top 5vs5 team of season 2 and this current season in BG9, CAPSLOCK CREW, has accepted their invitation.
Update: Shuttlecocks from Blackrock, the #2 rated team in the BG9 ladder has accepted their invitation to the tournament.

Allthough I would assume it'd gonna be quite hard for you guys to pick the 8 teams? Alot of the well respected teams haven't been very active and it's bound to cause controversy regardless if you pick the well known teams or the more active and higher rated teams.
Info: this team finished first in Ruin in S2.
gl guys, nice to see arena toruneys where ever they maybe
