One of the few gaming cafes in Finland the Level7 gaming cafe, located in the heart of Helsinki, has announced that it will host it's first Call of Duty 4 lan on the weekend between 8th and 9th of March (one week after Crossfire Devotii Challenge 4). The tournament will kick off at 9 CET on Saturday morning and the tournament is scheduled to end at 10 CET on the following morning. To participate this tournament, you and your team are going to have to pay the 125€ entry fee before 25th of February by bank transfer or at the location.
There will be room for 16 clans in the tournament which will be eventually split into four groups with four teams in each and two best teams from each group will advance to the double elimination playoffs. The prize purse is currently holding nearly 4000€ worth of cash and hardware, including Siberia Neckband and Ikari Optical which are making their debut as a tournament prize, and it might be raised up in the near future. Like in last year's Call of Duty 2 lan the tournament admin will be Henri "cheets" Koskenranta.

Since their last Call of Duty serie event, the cafe has done an upgrade to their PC's (about 30 of them) which are now perfectly capable to handle the high specs that Call of Duty 4 requires. Players can bring their own headsets, mouses and mousepads but there are some Logitech, Qpad and Steelsound models at the cafe which you can rent.
