Shocking but true Four Kings' Warcraft 3 squad is no more, "Due to the lack of players and other reasons, we decided to shut down." according to the official newspost on Four Kings' website.

4K^ToBy is more specific about the reason behind it in his statement saying "Financially as an organisation we need to put our focus back into the UK and have a lot of grass roots work that needs to be done and as such our efforts and budget need to be redirected closer to home."

Four Kings' Warcraft3 team has had a rocky time recently losing Creo to inactivity, ToD to MouseSports and failing to qualify for the WC3L season XII Finals.

This is an extract from the official newspost:

"This must be one of the hardest post i have to make so far. I do not know how to start writing this post or what to start with. Hereby, i am making this post with a teary eye. Here goes: Today is a very sad day for 4Kings Warcraft III Team.

Due to the lack of players and other reasons, we decided to shut down. I announce this with utmost regret that 4Kings Warcraft III team will not exist anymore after today. This will also mean we are giving up our WC3L spot to another team, thus we wish all the best for the next deserving team."

A sad day for the Warcraft3 scene but a great day for forum users and rumour kings everywhere, where will the Kings go? What is more who will replace them at the NGL-One Finals at the end of February?
