The first batch of drama took place in the Nihilum vs ShowTimed match, as Nihilum used a Druid who wasn't listed in their original roster to counter ShowTimed's setup. However ShowTimed agreed on letting Nihilum use the Druid since it was the only night they were able to play. Some of the other teams and player seemed to have another view on the change though and will probably not let Nihilum use their Druid in the upcoming matches.
The match ended in a 3-1 favour for Nihilum, the teams used the following setups.
Nihilum: Warrior, Hunter, Priest, Druid, Paladin
ShowTimed: Rogue, Mage, Warlock, Priest, Druid

The other wb semi-final was played between Avada Kedavra and CHICKEN FRIED RICE, and Avada Kedavra once again prooved to be too strong for the new "fotm" setup as they came out on top with 3-1.
Avada Kedavra: Rogue, Mage, Warlock, Priest, Druid
CHICKEN FRIED RICE: Warrior, Hunter, Warlock, Priest, Paladin

The loser bracket matches are still to be played, "I AR TANKER" vs "Are you gonna eat that", where the winner will face "CHICKEN FRIED RICE", and also Nagas vs Knockout, where the winner will face ShowTimed. The first edition of the Cyclone invitational 5vs5 tournament has been a huge success, and today the winner was crowned after a really close mirror match featuring the new and agressive rogue, mage, warlock, priest and druid setup.
The Knockout guild/arena team from Stormscale who recently migrated from bg1 to Cyclone, are hosting an invitational 5vs5 arena tournament during the upcoming week.

I can also add I play combat in those matches vs Nagas and nagas hunter is BM specced, the matches vs CHICKEN FRIED RICE I'm shadowstep specced and their hunter is marks specced.

Rogue PoV is so much more fun than seeing a priest spamming dispels ^^

But if people wanna play a weaker line up then we actually have due to a sign up mistake. Then we don't really mind :)
Something tells me that if they would have denied beasteh, then nihilum would've started the "we can't play when u can" shit .. right?
Its even worse when you know that hunter/lock team has actually slight advantage against rogue 3 dps teams if played properly.
All of this crap is just a nice proof of how WoW in its current state can never, ever be an esport.
Well said beatno. Yet people are trying so hard to make it an esport, all that effort will be in vain. Some people realised this long ago, some obviously don't. Reading all these replies here is hilarious. Keep up the ignorance !
Back to the discussion. Team Nihilum consist of 8 players and we will practise with different setups in both 5v5 and 3v3 to be ready for future tournaments. Since so far in every single tournament such as WSVG and Dreamhack invite. There has been either player swapping or class swapping and that's something you have to adapt to. I never said I prefer player swapping over just having 5 players in a team, but that's reality and it's something you have to deal with. You should try doing the same instead of crying about it. It won't get you anywhere.
The fact that Mouz even choose to call the pvp team on Stormscale "Team Nihilum" bothers me somewhat, since people will take them for being part of your guild, which they obviously aren't. This decision will, and already have, caused a lot of confusion amongst the community (just read some of the comments above).
In the end, it probably was a smart choice from Moussports' side to name them Team Nihilium though, since Nihilum is well known through the WoW community. Free publicity for Mouz, the only problem I see is, do the pvp team want that stamp on them? I'd rather have seen them named Mouz, or MouseSports, but maybe that's just me.
On a side note. Beating a team doesn't mean you're better then that team, sometimes you have a bad day and sometimes you have good day. In tournaments it's all about your daily form, you can have a really good day and own everyone, and the next day you play like shit and it all goes to hell. If Team Nihilum loose the next game then it's a big congrats to the team that beat us and obviously they were better that day. Less whining and more gaming people.
