If you know football, you may know that Italy, France and Netherlands were drawn into 'group of death' in Euro 2008. In the groups of PGL Warcraft III Season 2, we see the 'group of death' which gathers our ESWC2007 champion SoJu, WEG2006 Season 3 champion Sweet, recently crowned IEF Master's champion ToD, and the Chinese Orc dominator Fly100%.

Group A gathers four out of ten invitees in this event. None of these players have met each other in a year and we can smell a keen competition ahead of them.

Lyn who recently broke into the grand final of Afreeca Warcraft League second season, is grouped in Group B with the Chinese Human duo Infi and TH000 and the dark horse Future who surprised most and grabbed a spot after qualifying from the Chinese qualifier.

The runner-up of last season, Moon sees himself in the Group C with another two Chinese elf players LL and Y as well as the Chinese superstar xiaOt who displayed splendid performance at IEF Masters at the end of last year. As all we know that Moon is relatively weak in NE mirror match compared to his superior win ratio against other three races. However, he swept both Shy and Sai who were particularly good at this match-up at the recent CEG tour and proved himself also could rule against his own race.

The cup holder, Chinese Human dominator Sky, joins two of his Chinese fellows, suhO and Yumiko in Group D together with the Korean veteran FoV.
