The tournament will now feature two weekly cups in two regions, namely, America and Europe. The purpose is to let players from anywhere can play at their convenience. Players can even sign up for both the American regional tournament which is called SteelSeries Cup and the European regional tournament in the name of PokerManager Cup at the same day, however the start time is centered on respective time. The SteelSeries Cup will kick off at 15:00 EST while the PokerManager Cup will start at 15:00 CET.

The weekly cup winner will receive a prize money of €250 which makes the Excello Cup entitled to best paid weekly tournament. The top 16 players in each region will move on to regional final after eight weekly tournaments this season and the tour four players in each regional final will compete for the €500 top prize money in the season final.
