With the Kode5 USA Finals set to kick off next Tuesday in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Las Vegas Convention Center, the global organisation has released details surrounding the two day event.
Following the qualifying stages last October, where X3O Gaming defeated Check Six in the finals, 16-13, both teams, along with the two invited teams, Phrenetik and Evil Geniuses, will head to Las Vegas, Nevada next week, where the four teams will battle it out for a spot in the Global Finals, to represent America.
The finals will be held on Tuesday, January 8th and Wednesday, January 9th at the 2008 Consumer Electronics Show, held at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The layout of the finals will feature a single elimination, best of three format, with the finals to hold a best of three format as well. Seeding will be determined by KODE5 staff before the event.

But yeh I was speaking in general for Kode5, the events itself run fairly well as far as I can remember, except for the online coverage, but they are always announced in the same month that they are happening. The whole year round we get announcements from new kode5 events, which makes it hard to plan the events for the teams.
