I was a truely hardcore gamer once, yet now I'm an English university scholar. Therefore this blog isn't exactly gaming related.
Here I'll describe a daily, yet amusing event that took place in the past few days of my life.
I was on a train from Leuven (my hometown) back to Ghent (where I study) yesterday. Now to understand this properly, you have to know how a standard Belgian train is composed on the inside.
Basically there are two parallel rows with a walkway in the middle. Each of these rows consists of a number of seats, usually 2 seats next to eachother, with another two facing them. The exact same style of alignment is found across the walkway.
Now, I was seated in a seat to the right of the walkway, when in Brussels-South, a rather attractive looking girl of around my own age (twenty) boarded the train. She took a place in the batch of seats across the walkway, and from a horizontal perspecective she was seated on the same straight line I was on. She, however, took the spot next to the window, leaving the spot closest to the hallway open. I was subtly feasting my eyes on the fine features and slender body of this girl, when a man around 35 years old walked in. He spotted the girl, and sat down beside her without hesitating. I knew this moment this man was a pervert.
This conclusion was strengthenend by the fact that he stretched out his legs, taking up more place as such, probably making the girl feel at least a wee bit uncomfortable.
What happened next was something will probably be familiar for some of you, in one way or another.
The alledged pervert then just started looking at the girl shamelessly, his head hardly 50 centimeters away from hers.
The girl "felt" his eyes on her, and turned to meet his gaze. The sneaky bastard then used a trick that I am very familiar with. He pretended as if he was looking out of the window, kept his focus at some point in the distance, until the girl started looking out of the window aswell. After resisting the urge to bite this fresh lass in the neck, the pervert turned his head away from the girl, only to find me giving him an exaggerated smile, effectively telling him that "I know what you did there sicko".
When the girl started to look in my direction aswell, I just couldnt hold myself from bursting into chuckles.
This "incident" totally made my day and I had fun trying to describe it as accurately as it happened. Enjoy!
