There is no announcement as of yet but I was able to talk with Stan who told me they have disbanded today.
This week the WC3 scene had a lot of changes, fnatic disbanding leading to XyLigan and Rob joining NWRS then NWRS joining Gravitas Gaming and a shocking news, ToD leaving Four-Kings. A few weeks ago mOOn-GlaDe left ToT to join Team Delta. Today Boo and C5ipo7i have left the team too to join Delta aswell. This left a huge gap in the team especially because of Boo who was a key player in ToT and also the captain. The german squad will remain as it is but the international squad has disbanded today.

To understand a little bit more behind the scenes I did a little interview with Stan:
SK: Hey Stan, with the recent departure of mOOn-GlaDe, Boo and C5ipo7i what is ToT going to do? Will the team stick together and keep playing with the current roster?

Stan: Hi. Well the management anouncement today got us by surprise to be honest. We had a very solid team with decent results lately and nice teamspirit that kept us together for a long time. However things changed for Boo, JuGuLaToR and C5ipo7i REALLY wanted to qualify to WC3L next season and that is why they went to a "stronger" team, Delta.
We don't have any furthers plans of recruiting players and keep on going because our team leader for over a year and a half Boo left and that was really demoralising for everybody. As far as I know the german squad will stay like ToT but there won't be an international separate squad.

SK: Do you plan on joining up with a new team? What about NightEnD, Casper, BeckS and Sir_J?

Stan: University is being very though for me and I have little time and lack motivation for practice. Anyway I think I'll keep on playing at my top shape. I will start training again (I've been inactive for around a month due to severals reasons) and I'll be looking to join another good team.
I heard Sir_J was going to join some Bulgarian team to help them out in local leagues because he is also semi-inactive. I don't know about the other members.

Stan: Thanks to you and I wish good luck to every member of ToT. You were great guys! Including the guys from orga/sc/etc. Boo you helped me out a lot so I really want you to have success in everyway of your life (including Delta). See you guys :) !

Update: Boo released a statement in the Templars of Twilight website. Here's a snippet of it:

[...] we started opening our horizons (Europe on particular) and we took in Sir_J, a humble warrior from Bulgaria, along with him we destroyed many people in 2v2. It is at this time that ToT was just not looking the same. ToT was founded on good communication, always in contact with everyone so when we started recruiting people from Europe (nightend, Becks, both great guys in their own ways) it was getting harder and harder to manage that communication. Wars were scheduled at crazy times, everything was hectic, and inner practices were almost 0. I felt it was better to end it happily than to drag it on for another year. [...]
The remaining players of ToT will finish the NGL-TWO season by the name of LiQuid wc3 Clan (LiQd). They are currently seeking a new home to sponsor their team.
