SK.SoJu Interviewed Before WCG
This year turned out to be one of the best years in the ESWC champion SoJu's pro gaming career. He not only helped his former team won both WC3L and NGL One champion, but also won several individual titles such as WCG Asian Championship and ESWC 2007. However, he faded out of the scene after his parted way with WE. He put all the speculations about his new home by joining up his fellow teammates ReMinD and Lyn in SK right before the SK 10 years anniversary. As one of the most anticipated events in a year, World Cyber Games(WCG), is only two days away, he is busy with his preparation which he did not have the chance to do when he was clanless. He was drawn to one of the toughest groups which includes his country fellow SK.Lyn and the reigning champion WE.Sky. Replays.net caught up with him and made a brief interview with him. I translated this interview into English which was formerly interpreted from Korean to Chinese. I hope it will not cause any misunderstanding and you guys enjoy it. The translated interview lies below:
Hi, SoJu. Long time no see. How you doing recently?
Fine, thanks.
Congratz on joining eSports titan SK. Tell us the feeling of joining them please.
I am really satisfied with joining up with ReMinD and Lyn and I am honoured to play for SK.
We are able to see you and ReMinD playing 2on2 in WC3L again. What do you think is the key to the success in 2on2?
The macro of the game and micro in the battle like focusing on certain hero or unit.
Do you think Battle.net is the best place to practise 2on2?
Since there are less maphackers and good ladder system so yes.
You are particularly good at the NE against UD matchup. Could you please tell us about your tip?
You gotta pay attention to what UD is going to do, especially when he is creeping or having a fight against you. Since acolyte is the weakness of UD and therefore you can try to kill some in game. You really need to take care of your heroes with the help of preservation, teleport, and invincibility potion when you meet them because they will always find a chance to nuke your heroes.
On the contrary, you are not as good at mirror game as ReMinD. Do you two share thoughts?
Though I was his mentor and go out with him often, I seldom practise 1on1 with him apart from 2on2. I often dicuss tactics for mirror game with Check, Shy and WinNers.
WCG is about to start. What is your expectation this time and who do you think is your worst enemy?
I am looking forward to the group stage, though it will definately be tough. Sky and Lyn will be my worst enemy since I have not practised for more than a month after I left WE.
Do you expect the possible coming patch? What do you think they should make a change?
The human tower maybe. They are so overpowered which make the game a bit imbalanced.
OK. Hope you will secure another title after ESWC.
Thanks, I wanna thank all my fans who always support me and my PhoeNix teammates who help me a lot.
Thanks for the interview. Do you wanna say something to your Chinese fans?
When the interview I did with MYM had been so wrongly translated which broke my friendship with WE.Zax, I felt terrible. I don't know English or talk English so I didn't know it was wrongly translated. I think WE with Sky, Infi, TeD and suhO are still a strong team and wish them best of luck in the future.

and sorry for upseting you, i wont say something "against" koreans anymore....
its crazy that what i said upsets you so much, but this interview is boring for me, due to typical standardanswers
i mean i could have predicted the answers of most of the questions
