fi has announced the departure of their Counter-Strike squad. The players have already found a new organization, now from CMAX.gg.
The reason seems to be this time internal disputes between the management and the team, which have forced them to change organization.
"In the past two months we have got issues in Logitech with our head manager of the clan. We haven’t been in contact with him lately since he is so busy. Because of this we had to leave off few events. We haven’t got the full support what we were supposed to have. With this support our team cannot go further, we need someone who can work with us and help us to go even higher level than we are now. Our biggest issues will stay only with our team and the management. Only option we see is to find a new home for our team and luckily we found it really fast. We want to thank Team Logitech.fi and the management for our time in Logitech, it has been great and they helped us a lot, so Thank you!," commented Slaava "Twista" Räsänen.
*Update*
Neqqu of Team Logitech also released a statement, read below:
If you think about a succesful team it contains various different kind of players working together to make the team greater then ever. But it reguires all the players working together as one. None of us are superheros and that way supported on some special way then others. Unfortunately on this case our former cs1.6 team was not thinking the same idea as the rest of the team and this lead to the following. I do understand why they wanted to try something new, i dont understand why after all the support we gave them they still want to flame things towards us. If this is the thank you, then your welcome.
CMAX.gg's Counter-Strike 1.6 squad consists the following players:
Tino "tihOp" Puumala
Antti "Shiri" Mäkinen
Slaava "Twista" Räsänen
Matti "SPIKEONE" Järvinen
Janne "Kuppi" Kuparinen
Nico "feissi" Vehosalmi (Manager)
You will see Team CMAX.gg in action next time at EuroCup XV Lan Finals on 8th - 9th September in Enschede, Holland.
With this news, we at SK Gaming would like to wish the best of luck to CMAX.gg!

I think your problem is lack of prioritizing. With apparently (just an assumption from an outside point of view) somewhat limited funds you cannot give all your squads an equal support in terms of attendance of events and all that so you'd better make sure everyone understands that not everything is going to work out for everyone all the time. False promises, lack of communication, non-budgeting and everything between and beyond that causes a lack of trust between the players and management quite easily. Even if you might have not intended for them to feel mistreated even partially - they probably felt like so and that's only because there are atleast 3(?) teams in Logitech who are expecting full support for their events.
Perhaps it's time to reconsider methods?
