Right now fnatic's Counter-Strike team is attending the e-Stars 2007 in Seoul, Korea and the Swedish CS community Fragbite have caught up with 3 of their members - cArn, dsn and ins for a quite extensive video interview.
It was originally made in Swedish although they have translated it in text format to English, and brings up pretty much everything that you would like to know about the fnatic guys and their thoughts about various matters.
Here's a snippet:What exactly are you doing when you're practising? How much are you playing against other teams and how much are you practising aim and discussing tactics?
cArn: That's pretty individual for us...
dsn: We play from about 18.30 to 23 with the team, after that you can play how much more as you like for yourself.
cArn: We have no demands on the players to play much individually, but everyone must reach his top level somehow and you could do that by playing CSDM, bots or whatever. As a team we play for like four hours each day, but individually I play perhaps four hours in addition to that. Choose your prefered language below!

it's the reason why they are the top. Without practice you dont get anywhere.
nice guy, nice iview
Do you know how much time a "beta tester" spends playing games for the big companies? Looking for bugs, ways to improve it and so on? 8 hours is the warmup.
go fnatic!
