The only 16 years young Polish Quake star, Maciej "av3k" Krzykowski (see image at right) has continued his dominating in the series of Quake 4, and has today been crowned as a champion of the Electronic Sports World Cup (ESWC) after the Grand Final was played against the Russian player Anton "Cooller" Singov.


Krzykowski has now earned the total amount of $10,000 dollars, which was promised for the 1st placer. Singov instead got a total of $6,000 dollars home.
The Semi-Finals took place between the French own boy, Michael "winz" Bignet (last years champion), and Mikael "PURRI" Tarvainen from Sweden. These duels ended however without any surprises for winz's good, and he took the $3,000 prize home.
Here is the final standings of ESWC's Quake 4 tournament:
1st Maciej "av3k" Krzykowski ($10,000)
2nd Anton "Cooller" Singov ($6,000)
3rd Michael "winz" Bignet ($3,000)
4th Mikael "PURRI" Tarvainen
