LFS Patch X released
Yesterday
evening the Three Developers of Live For Speed released the
highly anticipated Patch X. You get the Patch with the
autoupdater in-game or download the new complete version on
»www.lfs.net. So what's in that new
Patch? You'll find a detailed patch-log down there but here are the
most important updates:
There can be now 48 users (47 clients +1 server) on a
server, with 32 cars maximum on the track. With that you get
an improved multiplayer part, improved skin loading.Additionally
there is a new differential available in the garage, the clutch-pack
with preload settings, which should work better than the locked
differential.Last but not least you can now change the automatic
skindownload to higher resolution, but that costs a little fee of 1 £
per 2000 downloaded skins.And finally there are a lot of updates
to the InSim interface, which aims at the coders of additional
programs, like spectators, lap-loggers or race-stats tools.
