Team 3D was founded in 2002 and has since that become one of the most professional and successful organisations in the world.
Today the founding manager Torbull announced his departure from the team, as he heads on to pursue his career within "the TV Source league" CGS and his own company ESEA.
The long time member and player Dave "moto" Geffon will be taking over Craig's position as owner and manager of the team. He was also announced as the CGS New York General Manager yesterday.
- "As the first professional team in North America, Team 3D helped pioneer new ground to help bring e-sports to where we are today. I can comfortably say that I have accomplished everything I set out to do when I first approached Kyle from my college dorm room." Torbull states on the teams official website.
