For quite a while rumours and probably leaked information from Blizzard has been spreading through the internet about the next title of Blizzard, the designers of legendary eSport titles such as StarCraft: Broodwar and Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne. Now some more information came up, but this time it's definitely worth a look: Apparently, a first version of StarCraft 2 will be shown at Blizzards World Invitional tournament in the middle of May. So far, Blizzard did not confirm this, but as GameStar, a German games magazine, already announced their trip to Seoul to bring their readers all the information, we can expect this to become true. Additionally, here are some facts to make you aware about what you can expect: The game will be completely in 3D, a new fourth race will be added and some already known units will have new characteristics. Although, fans of StarCraft should not get too happy yet, earliest date to expect the beta test will be at the end of 2008. Blizzard World Wide Invitional will be held in Seoul, South Korea from the 19th until the 25th of May. Stay tuned here at SK-Gaming.com for more information about the event, and Starcraft 2!
