Edit: After reading the end of the interview he said he was sponsored by Razer. It wasnt hard to recognize the way the described how fantastic the Razer equipment was :)
#3 he means an online website to make you a star, promote you as a player etc.. It's one thing being skilled but people need to know that your skilled ! =]
