The WSVG CPL Summer Championships are drawing more closer starting on 5th to 9th July at GayLord Texas Resort in Dallas.

They recently announced changes in map lists which are going to be used on all upcoming events held by WSVG starting with CPL Summer. This news are going to shock CS players as they haven't practiced new maps and most of them won't have much time due to ESWC Grand Finals taking place on 28th June to 2nd July in Paris, France.
One of changes in the Counter Strike maps is removal of de_cbble due to high advantage of CTs on the map. As replacement for the missing map they added an updated version of de_forge along with de_aztec which was removed a long time ago from competitive gaming. The map cycle hasn't been announced yet but it will be posted as soon as it's published.
Counter Strike map pool now looks as following:
de_forge
de_nuke
de_train
de_inferno
de_dust2
de_aztec
The Quake 4 map pool is also updated with maps planned to be used at the CPL Winter Championships. High number of votes in the WSVG forums were a deciding factor to replace Fool’s Run with Phrantic.
Current Quake IV map list looks as following:
Galang
Monsoon
Placebo Effect
A Man Called Sun
Phrantic
