New Gamecasting Broadcast Engine
The Australian company GameCast Networks has launched a new revolutionary online broadcasting system for competitive video gaming that uses multiple streamed video feeds to show viewers all of the action within the game where multiple windows allow the viewer to choose what they watch and when, tracking the flow of the action in real time as the game develops.
GameCast's technology will also give the viewers the capability of choosing the commentators POV and maps overview in many windows, along with interactive real-time scoreboards, which won't restrict the actions control to the broadcaster but will give full control for the viewer, this might be a very useful tool in team games like Counter-Strike or Quake4 TDM.
GameCast Networks is currently working with major tournaments organisers to provide full live tournament coverage for the upcoming events. It is a very promising new technology that can take the streaming and broadcasting to a new level.

Anyway I think most guys would prefer a system that allow them Fullsize Streaming in a very nice quality and the possibility to Switch Stream Views over an Interface for themselves how they'd like. For me personaly the current system is just too much Information simultaneously for the viewer. You can't keep your Eye everywhere the same time and miss some action.
Just my two cents.
somehow i prefer traditional streaming, it's less chaotic
WELL DONE GUYS!
I think I still prefer to have tsn on and in-game hltv
But I AGREE totally with LAG and CONNECTIONS problems with that new System IMO.
Guess what? I prefer going to ESWC at Bercy, Paris =)
:D
is this a release or only a project?
