Several months ago, a self-proclaimed revolution in professional gaming took place with the launch of KODE5, which will mass gamers from more than twenty different countries in a series of regional events to find out the best gamers from all around the world. Then, the best teams from each country will be gathered in the final event, whose date and place is yet to announce.
After the launch of KODE5 Germany, KODE5 Taiwan and KODE5 Latin America, KODE5 is pleased to announce the official launch of KODE5 China, in association with Yongjie. The Asian territory is undoubtedly one of the rising markets in the electronic sports. With over one-fifth of the world's population, China has been establishing itself as one of the dominant forces in the eSports, with its most famous Counter-Strike team called wNv-Gaming winning two international competitions (WEG's third season and the WEG Masters 2006).
KODE5 China will consist of a series of regional events that will take place in ten different Chinese cities, all during July. Registration in this event is restricted to gamers aged 18 or over. Below you will find the dates for the Chinese regional events:

"We are thrilled to be able to help provide a stable and high-performing gaming platform to KODE5 China," said Christin Wang, Foxconn's Global Marketing Manager. "We hope that gamers in China will have the chance to see first-hand how Foxconn products enhance the gaming experience."
Corsair APAC's Sales Director Scott Thirlwell says, "Quality, low-latency memory is essential for intensive computer applications such as gaming. By stocking the official KODE5 PCs with Corsair memory, gamers can be assured of peak performance when the action heats up."
