TooGoood Replaces zyz & SteLam at fnatic

By Felix 'sorax' Nelson

There has been a lot of rumours going around lately about Jay “TooGoood” Harding switching from team dignitas to fnatic.

Speculations about this change started since TooGoood was signed as fnatic.TooGoood on the official list of CPL Summer 2006 participants. As people started to talk, the list was quickly updated and TooGoood was signed representing team dignitas.
Speculations have now turned out to be true. TooGoood is currently bootcamping with fox, fooKi and PURRI at girzgaminghouse.com, it is now official that TooGoood will be playing for fnatic. Apparently, the CPL list was correct, but TooGoood was still under team dignitas’ contract and the change could not be made until today.
Fnatic will be represented by no less than five players on the upcoming CPL Summer 2006. The following players will be using the fnatic tag this summer:
Jay “TooGoood” Harding
Mikael “PURRI” Tarvainen
Sander “Vo0” Kaasjager
Alexander “Ztrider” Ingarv
Tobias ”neok” Grieser
Below is in an extract from the official statement made by fnatic where we also get to know that Stephan 'SteLam' Lammert and Benjamin 'zyz' Bohrmann will no longer be representing fnatic.
Stephan 'SteLam' Lammert and Benjamin 'zyz' Bohrmann, will no longer be representing the Fnatic Team, they both didn’t enjoy the game and after a highly active and busy time with the world tour this year have been catching up on real life. Both the Germans didn’t enjoy playing competitive Quake4 and therefore they decided to step back from the competitive Quake4 scene for the moment.
However we are proud to announce the addition of the UK’s number 1 player, James “TooGoood” Harding, formerly of the well known Dignitas Quake 4 squad. We feel strongly that Jay is a perfect addition to our international quake 4 squad in both 1 vs. 1, wining the Esreality Invite in the UK, and placing 7th at CPL winter talent, as well as bringing vast experience into our TDM squad. Currently, he is boot camping in Sweden with Purri, Fooki, and fox. He will represent the Fnatic Team in all the major upcoming events along with our current Quake4 players. These events include the WSVG, Quakecon and the CPL.
The fnatic-members are some of the best players in the world, but the team has not made much noise since EuroCup. Yet, there is a lot to expect from these players and we wish them good luck!
