*Update* Gladiator, former OCRANA member, just joined the ESL teamaccount of mTw.
So the rumours are true but there is still one spot left if sNej will be still reserve. mTw released a first statement on their homepage. Gladiator had the following to say about his join:
First of all I want to thank mTw for giving me this chance. I know mTw's squad from the very beginning (speiky, scrop, cracken, giant and wirsi) and thus I know, which goals this team does aim at. I want to reach this goal with the team and I'm pretty confident to achieve that when time comes! Thus this goes to all of you: give us this time and you won't get disappointed. Thanks!
mTw also announced their second addition which is no other than paN. He will complete the lineup together with Gladiator, you can read his statement below:
I'm looking forward to play for mTw.ATI this EPS season and further ones, too. In an interview, which's going to follow, you'll be informed why the heck this change happened. Back to the team: Everybody within the team is experienced and I can learn a lot of them. I see a lot of potential in the team and I think when time comes, we reach our aimed goals. We won't disappoint mTw.
The German powerhouse of mTw is losing two of their players. mTw was happy to have a successful team again after some disappointing German teams. They played a very good EPS season and placed second at the playoffs right after mousesports and also gained some international experience at the CPL Winter 2005 - so its even more confusing.
The players leaving are Hannes 'Hanso' Dunkel and Arnt-Peter 'night' Schuldt. There's no official statement out yet, but on the German site of Readmore.de they have already written of two players who will probably join up with them. Benjamin 'paN' von Mulert, playing for SK Germany at the moment, and Markus 'Gladiator' Höffe are the players which they're talking about. Though at the moment the mTw team is left with the following lineup:
Roman
hades
uLTi
Gladiator
sNej (Reserve)
Stay tuned for more information and good luck to mTw!

but back to topic,
the new team will not be better then the old team of mTw, hope they will not get on the EPS Finals and that they will get last place on CPL events :DDDDD
no need to flame too, life goes on
success and money far over friendship thats for sure. i wouldn't flame mTw just because of that because it's just the business of the game. teams want to grow and to improve just like in other sports. certainly unlucky for SK but also nothing that can'T be undone. so get a new good 5th player and kick some asses.
ps: night & hanso > pan & gladi everytime every place
hmm, why don't they add him to the roster offically, after mason talks about his SK-leave...
strange... seems like things changed over night
by the way: I think paN will leave SK...!!... my opinion...
i hope hyde will find another good home... hes a clutch player... and there is still enough time until the begin of the next eps season
but @ SK he's no chance to fo to CPL events (: with mTw he does
