so as promissed today im gonna talk about workout and meals!

The two most important meals for anyone that trains (MMA,football,basket,etc) are the ones leading to the workout and the ones after.
People usualy think that cars only need fuel to work but they need alot more fluids (water,oil,etc), same with our body.

PRE-WORKOUT:A classic pre-workout snack would be a honey&banana toasted bagel.the honey hits you first, followed by the banana and finally the slow release of the bagel follows up after the energy of the banana has ceased.
another thing you need to have in mind is if you cant digest the meals during training try to eat something that hits fast (fruit is vey good) if you dont wanna puck all over th place.
another important thing make sure your bowels are empty before a training session.

POST-WORKOUT:So after training your body will demand fuel and water.The easyest way to take on board food is in liquid form right?!
No,first take a good quality carb & protein shake add some extra sugar (nice example for this is neskwik powdered milkshake).
What this does is that it will spike your insuline levels wich will make your body a sponge, soaking up all the nutrients you consume.
If you workout was a particular hot and sweaty affair then you will need electrolytes in your sweats.by adding a sachet of dioralytes to a bottles of water this will replace the essential salts and help you recover.a homemade one could be some juice with water and a pinch of salt.
An evening meal should contain a small amount of proteins such as skinless chicken or some fish.

And i think its doned this is some basic stuff (and im a little bit on a hurry so next time im gonna put some recipes)

So im really pissed right now and you know why?!!?

Because of those stupid morons that cheat all over the place(counter strike)...i know this is common but damn every server i get into theres always cheaters and yes i can clearly see they cheat..so over here we have only 2 lan houses and both we need to pay 10euros for 1 hour thats just too much.

So i was thinking about making a small lan house at my garage to play with friends but i dont know how to make it ive read some tuts over the net but really didnt got it...

This was just me taking out of the chest!

So for the mma addicts like me sunday im gonna bring a bried intro about meals and how important they are for training as some simple recipes...stay well and dont miss ufc 97!!

So whats up another day in life!

well ufc 97 is coming tomorrow so here goes my thoughts (only fro the 2 top fights)

first of Shogun vs Liddel

well this one its a shame they both looked bad in their past fights,
both have something to prove here and i hope that it brings the best of both.
shogun has had a lot of injuries lately and that kept him asside for a while,chuck well hes no longer the man that ko`s everyone.so it depends how the fighters show up if the shogun that won the PRIDE MW GP shows up god have mercy of liddels soul but im not too confident on that so i think liddel is gonna get this one either by ko in the first or if it goes longer i see ud for liddel.

Anderson Silva vs Thales Leites

so the final big one :D

well i was desapointed because of silvas last fight with Cote and this tells me something that Silva is gonna come and set the record straight that hes the champion and no one is gonna take is belt soon so expect for a silva that is gonna come out agressive and ready to finish it as son as possible as for Leites well as i see it his only chance is use is bjj to get the mount and then try to gain the judges decision thats the only way i see it.

just a side note im also interested in the Kang fight hope he gets in the winning road again



now time to eat :D
