I haven been away from esport for 8 months since I went to Sichuan Province, which is now rather well-known by its 8RS earthquake on 12, May, 2008, carrying on my father's business on my own. Where I've been working in was a mountain area with no internet and entertainment but a old TV set in a old office. As there is no streetlight at all, you have to take flashlight with when you out to work at night, otherwise you will be in dangers, I witnessed a man's fall out of the bridge at one night.
Now I am in Beijing taking a week's break after suffering a series homesick for few months. The feeling while I surfed on my favorite esport sites was a kind of mixture: surprise and dissapointment. The biggest surprise is alex still stay active in esport field.
As the former wNv.gm's captain, alex was the person I spoke with everyday. Back to the period in wNv, I still remember the moments when alex led the team's playing, made in-game tactics, angried at some stupid mistakes, proud of any nice jobs, comforted disappointing teammates. He always acted as a big brother to share the happiness with others and bore the heavy burden on his own.
The latest contact of us was few month ago when I traveled to Chengdu, I phoned him while he was in training with his new team, and he called me back after the practice, and it was around 22:00 at night.
Now I am glad to see his playing with team Tyloo where I am sure is a better place to carry on his careers and fulfil his dreams of raising China's flag again on international stages.
Good Luck, Zhengwei "alex" Bian.
