Getting started
So here I am, an educated person who's enjoying his fairly needed holidays right now. Oh yeah ofcourse that's great, or not ? Time to see the real facts coming down to this shit now.
In about four weeks it's going back to business, holidays are over and I'm going to work ... work ? *beep* *beep*
First problem spotted - I don't even have a job ?! Well that's strange, my teachers always said "Work hard and you'll get far" - Yep far into desaster right now. As mentioned earlier I'm an educated person, who's trying to make his first experience in the "real world" ( not hanging around in school yay ! ).
Within the last year at my school I've noticed several problems - "Who the fuck wants me ?". I had about plenty of refusals after applying for a job ( as trainee ofcourse ). I didn't get refusal cause of my bad certification ( which is actually quite good ), it's just seems like other people are still better than I (everytime) - Did I miss a new wave of young talent god's in school ? Do'h!
Okay so back to the words of my teacher ( my first doubts came in my mind at that point ). I continued searching for a job - till now. So I'm asking myself why the f**** is it so hard to get a job anywhere ? Sure I have some requirements for example what kind of job it should be, but that can't be a real answer to my situation. Maybe I should blame myself, yeah! The question is why ? I'm not dumb, I'm not lazy ... oh yeah maybe I should blame myself for being unlucky.
Poor me!
Secret messages
Recently I was watching MTV Europe on my private TV and after a while they've shown the new video of System of a Down - B.Y.O.B. I have to admit that I'm a real SoaD fan, that's why I like the song alot. Anyway - after viewing the video for about three times while concentrating on the text I've recongized the "deeper" message of this song.
As it says in the text:
"Why don’t presidents fight the war?
Why do they always send the poor?"
SoaD are shouting out this message while several people following straight orders and acting like roboters. It's obviously they are pointing a finger on the things happened during the last years ( wars, political decisions ).
Since people doing music, they always add private feelings, impressions, critism and several other things into their songs. Otherwise music wouldn't be music anymore, if noone would add what he's really thinking about x & y.
Seeing it as a new style of telling messages in combination with remindable music videos that aren't hard to understand, I have to say I really enjoy those kind of music.
Judge from outer apperance ?!
Lately it seems that lots of people enjoying giving famous esports related people names. From "burgerking" to "fat geek", all of those sentences have been used to describe serveral players from known teams - is that just sarcasm or real statements ?
In school you get taught not to jugde from outer appearance. You'll get told to get known to a person before you start saying something bad about him, or at least stay in a neutral position. In the modern lifestyle I've noticed that less people take care about those "behaviour agreements", so I've asked myself one question:
"Do they just envy the victim because he's better in something or do they have fun with calling him names ?"
The first aspect seems to be quite logical since the "victims" are mostly known faces (as I mentioned earlier), so picking this answer would normally explain the situation, but what if not ? DO people really "like" calling other people names ? Not because of envy or something like that, just because they "enjoy" it - if that might be true, we should ask ourselves in what kind of surreal world we live in.
State your opinions in the comments, I would apreciate it :)
Take away that game
Honestly guys,
lately I've recognized that World of Warcraft messed up with a friends IRL completly. Everything started with missing some important dates/visits and so on ... ( At that time I just thought "OK, shit happens " ), but hell yeah wake up - He has just been fooled by an online video game ffs.
Last weekend he was supposed to go to a birthday party of my cousin who turned 18. Yeah you guessed right, he was "supposed" to go. He actually went over there to shake his hands and he really thought about explaining to him that jis pc is running and that he had to complete a quest within 60 minutes otherwise it fails ( "So err ... well I don't have much time right now, because .. err .. well maybe I drop by later ... bye ").
Besides he's playing because the game "just rocks", maybe that's one of the biggest problems he has. He's playing from midnight till the early morning even he promised himself not to do so. So why does he continue breaking his own words ? I don't know. It's 1 a.m He's finishing up his last quest for "today" - oh shit that freaking NPC gives out another one. Okay so he's heading up for this one again ( "really it's the last one" ) ... and so on.
At 5 a.m his parents wake up to make themselves ready for todays working schedule, while their son is sitting in front of his computer without any sleep at all, just because of one single game.
Greetings,
a hopeless friend
