International Squads
Esport is getting much more interesting with those international squads appear, like Virtus.PRO line-up with Zeus and Edward onboard and Swedish/Poland/Russian team on the forthcoming ICC. It throws us back to the Schroet Kommando 2002 featuring DarK and Xeqtr besides the swedes - HeatoN, Potti and Hyb. There's a couple of clearly seen issues following this type of teams and the biggest of them is a communication problem.
As the majority of esport stars are teenagers, the issue of foreign language knowledge could appear crucial, while the retirement of professional players comes on ~25 years of age. This problem could be solved by hiring a special chemistry manager for the organization. Chemistry manager tasks could be fulfilled by the team coach, but sometimes it's impossible.
Chemistry manager is a person with a perfect language speaking skills of all the player nations in the team and a great knowledge of ingame terms. Besides that, this person should have a good psychology comprehension to be able to solve all coming issues.
Would be interesting to see more of the international squads appear, featuring some of the national stars and maybe sometimes there's a new position in gaming teams will appear.
