Ajax is really good for certain things, but not really needed for picking a country in an alphabetical list. imo.

dunno if is a bad jpg quality, but the type aint good at all.
small light grey type is good. but the large one is bad.
dont use full black for example. looks way better with a 82%-89% black.
be sure you are using the same font, and take care of the antialiasing...
for now you are going with a semi serif and a serifless font. wouldnt mix that...
also, the kerning is way to small. give it much more!!
type on screen is one of the hardest chapters in design.

when You selected Male-Female; Can you return t oyour disscion to be Neutral and be no Female/ male?
*with other words= You pick by example. "male"; but I was wrong , in real-life i'm a shemale :P :P (NOT) and You don't wanto choose the male and female side, so : can you deslect the male/female?
