Ello everyone!
I'm actually bored and thinking about stuff you know... :P
I was just wondering what people think about managers. I'm sure most of the people will find them useless and so but as I'm one of them for a few years I'm starting to realise its one of the most important task within the team...
Managers ofcourse don't make the team but it's an essential part of it. After you look at what bds achieved with team SK, he made everything possible for them. Most of the people I know just laugh when I tell them I'm the manager of my team, they're like managerwhat? hahaha wtf that stands for and crap?
Then it's kind of hard to explain it to them because there isn't only a gaming part in gaming, make all things goes well together and fixing the gaming environement is also important but that part of the work people tends to not recognise it or find it completely useless...
Sometimes it's hard because lots of people think you're kind of useless and you're doing so much or your freetime to make your team grows, help them, make stuff for them, trying hard to get sponsors... to keep the team together and keep the ambiance within the team in good order.
I wish managers could be more valued in the gaming world, it would be nice to finaly get some of congratulations from other people!
