Crysis Beta 3 review

So i got my CD-KEY for Crysis beta, didnt pay a single one, thanks to Crysis-online.com, the fifth and last key throw away was for all FilePlanet users.. and i got one :D
I finidhed the download 2 days ago, and i installed and waited for my key to get activated
So heres my frist impressions:
- Very nice UI
- graphics are.. amazing
- the current beta is DX9 only :(
- not fully optimized for Quad-Cores
- you'll spend hours in empty servers just to do stuff (throwing chikens!)
- Tree's wont fall down in the Final multiplayer.. :(
but overall i got to hand it to cevat (CEO of Crytek) they really made this game look alot good for a Beta :D
the demo comes in.. 25th october? if im not mistaken. full version is in the second week of november!
damn, can't wait to kick some korean yellow ass with my big AK-47..
but not everything is beautiful and dreamy.. most people don't and can't afford expensive hardware, and the framerates are a bit low for some computers, (remember that crysis scales back 2/3 years), i have a 8800 Ultra XXX edition, so framerates is not a problem, i've been having over 150fps in 32player servers :D
but you'll need a good connection for the game to handle, my 512k is like in the minimum requirements, and its shared by my old computer!.. ill be upgrading to 4MB, hopefully.
I was wondering, because with my computer specs i should be having more than 200 fps in crysis.. perhaps its not optimizzed, as i said before, but its odd, people with dual core and single core cpu's seem to have more perfomance in crysis.. perhaps in the internal alpha days, Quad-core cpu's weren't around..
Speaking of hardware nVidia's press release told that they will be releasing a product coinciding with Crysis release, the full game, that is. it's probably the G92 cards, the 8800 GT (It can be overclocked to over 700MHz core clock :O) I think its PCI-e 2.0, im not sure, but it doesnt have DirectX 10.1 or SM4.1 support, so ATI is one step foward then NV.
also, the Orange box is going to be released this(next?) week, Oh Boy! there is going to be GMAN Easter eggs again! can't wait for more "Find G-Wally" series" :D Portal looks just slender and beautiful, and Team Fortress 2 is just KICK ASS! so cya later, happy gaming

so i was wandering around online about 2 months ago and i found a new PTC website, a copy of Adbux, only better.
For those that don't know what PTC websites are, they are money making websites, you view an ad/website for 30 seconds and you earn 1 Cent per click, it is not much but BUX.TO implemented a very cool referring system, that makes you earn 1 cent for each ad that they view
for example, you click 10 ads a day, you get 10 cents, if you have 20 referrals and they click 10 ads a day, you win $2.10 cents, now the question.. What if you had more referrals?? Thats right :D
i earned like 150 bucks with this thing, buying more referrals, and im currently earning around 5 bucks a day.
Pro's:
- over a million members, Sexy for advertisers.
- over 5 ads a day for 1 Cent each.
- user friendly interface
- They are hiring
Con's:
- Casual downtimes, Server overload and SQL errors
- delayed payments and slow stats updating
you can also upgrade to premium, meaning you get paid a shitload faster and you earn an extra 1.25 Cent per click, referral clicks inclusive.
i strongly recomend this if you want an additional source of income to buy games, or even SK Insider.
Here is the registry link:
http://bux.to/?r=DrBreen
Please register under my referral! :D and happy clicking.
