I wanted to ask you for your opinion on idea. It is not usual that we come and ask the public about something we want to create; we usually create it and see the reaction from the crowed as it goes online.
Due to interest from my side, and as the creator of the idea I wanted to see what you think, it's not the most creative idea and I'm sure many sites have it but still can add a little interest touch to our site.
Looking at normal magazines you can see several columns on different subjects, politic, computers, and even funny and small columns like "How to" once a week or "If I..." etc. So thinking about it, why not make the same in our own website for out staff writers to create their special columns.
I wanted to make this live in SK-Gaming.com website where members can read more then the normal gaming scene news or from time to time a special feature written from the point of view of one of our staff members. I want members to read some gossip, different style of writing, it can be on any subject not only gaming and it can be in different ways.
I know sk-gaming is a gaming website giving all the information and news related on the gaming industry but wouldn't it be nice to read on other things together with the gaming, checking the website seeing the latest roster changes in top teams and then moving on to read a column on "How to create your own IRC server", "If I was a head of an organization" and many more (these are just pop-up examples). Maybe read on the latest songs, or movies, anyone believes in mystical things or maybe interested in politics.
So I was wondering to see what you think and maybe it will go live if the response will be good.
