My Experience as a Manager

I was a manager for several teams and companies all together and have experienced many situations.
I can say that being a manager is a hard job, coming from the side and looking at other managers isn't the same at all as being one your self. When you view others its seems their job is easy and there is nothing to it, they got people who do their job, staff that is taking care of several things and so on... But the truth is, a manager is the one to build the organization and the clan for the best, he is the one to create its name, to bring the people to its community, to bring the staff to help him, the prime sponsors which only he knows and can get, to make the community as he wants and the best he can.
A manager job never ends, although you can't see it a manager is always at work. From taking care of the background concerning punctuality, servers operations, players motivation, sponsors, communities on the run, staff operation, answering emails and questions, bringing new ideas to improve the organization, taking care of the site, the IRC channel and many more I cant even think on right now.
I think people should recognize managers as an important part of a team and organization, I believe a job in a fully functional organization is harder then in a clan but over all it's the same hard work and care and time giving. People should understand the risk someone taking by taking the job of a manager, the time effort and believe. Its time that managers will be recognize as same as players from the front row sit.
I thought why not create an award for the best manager for this year. You got the best online magazine, the best team, the best players, and the best female; why not make the best manager? Can anyone of you be honest enough to say a professional team can function right without a proper manager? I don't think so.
So remember! The managers are important, and should be recognize the same, never forget them!

BTW, the -ONLY- team you were incharge of was Xay-Gaming, a multigaming organization that was named after you and crashed within a week.
Go experience!
